$200 Off Select Washing Machines

1. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein below, Miele, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Miele”), provides a manufacturer’s rebate going toward select Miele Washing Machines (qualifying models: see list) (the “Purchased Appliances”) of two hundred Dollars ($200) (the “Washing Machine Rebate”). The Washing Machine Rebate shall only apply to the Purchased Appliances and shall not apply to any installation services, taxes (including sales tax), delivery services, disposal services or any other fees.

2. Only end users (consumers) may benefit from the Washing Machine Rebate and the Washing Machine Rebate is not transferable. The Washing Machine Rebate is for Purchased Appliances purchased only for personal use and shall not apply to builders, wholesale buyers or any person or legal entity who offers for resale, or resells, the Purchased Appliances. Offer excludes purchases of refurbished or previously sold models.

3. This Washing Machine Rebate may NOT be combined with any other special or discounted pricing or promotions.

4. The Washing Machine Rebate shall be valid only at participating authorized Miele dealers. For a list, please see https://www.mieleusa.com/c/dealersearch-15.htm. Purchases from unauthorized dealers, including online marketplaces or third-party resellers, are not eligible.

5. The Washing Machine Rebate shall not be applied at the time of purchase of the Purchased Appliances. To receive and qualify for the Washing Machine Rebate, the customer shall submit an online claim and copies of all the required supporting documents (i.e., valid order invoice, valid proof of payment and valid proof of delivery). Miele reserves the right to audit, verify and request additional documentation to substantiate a claim for a Washing Machine Rebate.

6. All Washing Machine Rebate claims shall be submitted online at https://www.mieleusa.com/cs/promotions-158 on or before April 16th, 2027. Late submissions will not be accepted. Miele is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected submissions, including due to technical errors, or any events beyond Miele’s control. 

7. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and issuance of the Washing Machine Rebate. Processing and issuance timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

8. Please make sure to make and retain copies of the originals and all documents related to the Washing Machine Rebate and the Purchased Appliance.

9. To qualify for the Washing Machine Rebate, the Purchased Appliance must be (a) (1) ordered in person at the store of an authorized Miele dealer, or (2) purchased online through an authorized Miele dealer, in each case during the period of September 1st, 2026 through and including December 31st, 2026 (the “Rebate Period”), order submitted and (c) delivered to the qualifying customer’s address on or before February 15th, 2027.

10. The Washing Machine Rebate is paid in the form of a virtual Miele Prepaid Mastercard that is sent via email. A valid email address is required to receive payment. Your payment will be delivered via email with instructions for claiming your virtual Prepaid Mastercard. You must claim your card within 3 months from the date these instructions are sent via email. Your right to the payment expires after that time. Use your virtual prepaid card online everywhere Mastercard is accepted in the U.S. Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard is a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. Your use of the prepaid card is governed by the Cardholder Agreement, and some fees may apply. This is not a gift card. Please note that prepaid cards are subject to expiration, so pay close attention to the expiration date of the card.

11. Purchases or backorders made on or before September 1st, 2026, shall not qualify for the Washing Machine Rebate. Purchases or backorders made on or before September 1st, 2026,

and subsequently cancelled and reissued during the Rebate Period shall not qualify for the Washing Machine Rebate. Purchases or backorders made during the Rebate Period and subsequently cancelled and reissued after the Rebate Period shall not qualify for the Washing Machine Rebate.

12. The Washing Machine Rebate on the Purchased Appliance shall be limited to one claim per serial number for the Purchased Appliance.

13. In the event any of the Purchased Appliances are returned to Miele or an authorized Miele dealer after a Rebate has been issued, the Rebate shall be forfeited and must be refunded to Miele in its entirety at the customer’s expense.

14. The customer shall be eighteen (18) years or older.

15. The Washing Machine Rebate shall be voidable at any time at Miele’s discretion if the customer shall not produce valid order invoices, valid proof of payment and valid proof of delivery, for each of the Purchased Appliance; or if the customer shall otherwise violate the applicable rules. Claims may be rejected, reversed, or clawed back in cases of fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation.

16. No substitutions shall be allowed.

17. The Washing Machine Rebate shall be available only to residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia. The Washing Machine Rebate shall not be valid for residents of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and any other territories or possessions of the United States of America.

18. Miele reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue Miele manufacturer rebates at any time and without notice, including after an order of Purchased Appliances is placed, provided, however, any amendment, modification, or discontinuation will not apply to any valid claim that a consumer has submitted.

19. IN NO EVENT SHALL MIELE BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF THE WASHING MACHINE REBATE THAT IS APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY A CONSUMER.

20. These terms and conditions are severable and, if one or more provisions shall not be valid under applicable law, the remainder shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

21. No Washing Machine Rebate shall be available with respect to any purchase violating any of the terms of the Washing Machine Rebate, and in connection with any such purchase any Washing Machine Rebate shall be automatically void.

22. Customer is responsible for all taxes applicable to customer in connection with the Washing Machine Rebate.

23. Submitting a rebate claim requires providing personal data to a third-party vendor on Miele’s behalf and accepting that third-party vendor’s terms and conditions with respect to privacy matters. Please review Miele’s Privacy Notice, specifically Sections 2.7 and 15.8, available at www.mieleusa.com regarding personal information in connection with the Washing Machine Rebate. 

24. Except as prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be submitted to JAMS, or its successor, for mediation and if the matter is not resolved through mediation, then it shall be submitted to JAMS, or its successor, for final and binding arbitration pursuant to the expedited procedures set forth in the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures as those Rules exist at the time arbitration is commenced, including Rules 16.1 and 16.2 of those Rules. The place of the arbitration shall be in the state of residence of the claimant.
