Excellent Order Experience
I have owned my Miele upright vacuum for many years, and, like most machines, parts need replacing. In this case, the hose needed to be replaced, and Miele had it stock. I installed the new hose, and my upright vacuum was ready to function at its usual top performance. I wish that Miele continued to produce upright vacuums.

Good old Miele came up trumps!
I was so relieved to be able to source this part! My vacuum cleaner is a fairly old model now but still going strong due to the very high quality of Miele products. After 20+ years I expect the original flexible hose had got a bit tired! It was delivered less than 24 hours after I ordered it so excellent service from Miele.
