disappointed.
I love Miele products but am not really happy with the tube. I pulled it to the last mark to reach areas for dusting and it wouldn't go back. when I took it to the Miele repair center they said "oh, you can't do that". Well if doing that ruins this part how come I can do it and there is nothing too stop you from doing it.
