HORRIBLE
I relied upon Miele's expertise to identify the correct part. They made this a hassle, then sent the wrong part. Miele agreed to provide a credit to my charge card within One to Fourteen days. I waited more than 25 days for the credit. I sent an email to Miele requesting the credit. Only after contesting the charge with my credit card company did I get a credit, which I was told base upon my good relationship with my charge card company. Miele breached the contract failing to send the correct part, then failed to to provide the credit. I previously purchased a floor brush. Miele's catalogue identified the wrong replacement brush as did a customer service representative. I took the risk buying another brush, which provide to be the correct brush. I am a retail customer not trained in vacuum cleaner jargon, and use my vacuum cleaner for home use.
Miele's customer service is horrible. Miele gets an F minus.
