Took me awhile to find out where to call to order parts for my Miele dryer, but once I got correct phone number process was very easy, person I spoke with on phone was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Part arrived the NEXT day!!!!(not expected). Very good service!!!!

The plinth filter does its job well. However, it has gotten so very expensive, just like all of their other products.

No recommend
I bought few piece twice time, and found out the material was different. It isn't good material anymore, and made me disappointed.
