This 'accessory' should have been included with the HX2 Cat and Dog because it does not operate properly without it. With the original roller the excess suction pulls rugs up off the floor into the roller which stopps spinning. Hence this different roller is needed because it rectifies this problem. It also took ages to be sent as I assume every single person with an HX2 needs to buy one.
