Needlessly complicated to order parts.
But ordering various spare parts is needlessly complicated on Miele website and contacting Miele’s Custoner Service is an absolute nightmare. Such as a toll free phone number for Miele that goes to India, where “you won a price” and they need to verify you are eligible!!!

Expensive but quality
I would always buy genuine parts for my miele machine, although miele parts are expensive and their is much cheaper parts elsewhere online they are not very well made and will not last and won't improve the efficiency of my machine.
