Very good and reliable. This is the third of these that I have bought in the last 20 years the oldest was still working when I replaced it so now have 2 in different appts - London and Dubai. Makes perfect black coffee, so I can’t fully review how good it is at white and froth, except to say on the rare times I have brewed white etc it has been very good. indeed.

It delivers upon expectation
My previous coffee machine (not a Miele) died after 10 years and three years aginy. I was looking for a machine that I can configure to my preferances and access the inside to clean it (the former one did not allow it, that caused its failure).
Fortunately the fatality occured during Miele sales. . . I jumped on the occasion and i am not regreating it.

A wonderful machine - don't hesitate to buy
This was "a considered purchase" but the extensive research on use and particularly cleaning paid off (as did a genuine Black Friday offer) It is absolutely marvellous and perhaps we should advise others not to "consider" for as long as we did!
