Intuitive and fast touch control

The intuitive color touch display provides quick access to favorite programs and favorite settings selection. The status of the program is clearly visible and easy to understand. Navigation is particularly user-friendly thanks to the combination of symbols with clear text in multiple languages, as well as the display of how-to sequences. The display can also be operated with gloves to ensure smooth workflows in daily work routines.

Many details come together perfectly to set standards. The variable-speed heat pump is the centrepiece of this machine: this adjusts the water pressure according to the specific cleaning requirements – high pressure facilitates the removal of stubborn soiling, while low pressure ensures that instruments are wetted evenly while also saving water and energy. The crevice-free chamber ensures a hygienic interior preventing dirt build-up. Various sensors monitor that the spray arms and the water pressure function correctly. Multi-stage filters provide greater safety and much more – ExpertLine offers expertise down to the smallest detail.

The iF Design Award is the most well-known German design prize and has been awarded by the iF International Forum Design GmbH – an independent design institution based in Hanover – for almost 70 years. This year, an international jury comprising 132 design experts from 23 different countries evaluated over 10,000 submissions from 72 countries. They assess products with respect to their concept, form, function, differentiation and impact. “We are delighted to receive these awards once again, as they visibly demonstrate the premium quality of our aesthetics and design to the wider world,” emphasises Andreas Enslin, Vice President Miele Design Centre.
