MIELE HAUS TO DEBUT AT KITCHEN & BATH INDUSTRY SHOW

Miele to Showcase Complete Product Portfolio in a Home Setting

Miele, the largest German family-owned premium appliance manufacturer will unveil its Miele Haus booth design at the 2023 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), which will take place from January 31 – February 2, in Las Vegas. The pillars of the Miele brand: Performance, Craftsmanship, and Sustainability will all come to life through innovative displays and interactive experiences – highlighting all product categories including cooking, dishwasher, cooling, laundry and floorcare appliances.

The Miele Haus, presented in thematic rooms, pays homage to the rich brand heritage with photos, drawings and appliances that brought us to present day. Additionally, each room has a persona representing the people living in the Haus, which ties the themed room with the appliances and guest experience. As guests tour the Haus, they will encounter several new products and innovations, along with experiential areas that include product demonstrations and a first-of-its-kind Sustainable Table, which is a four-course chef’s table dining experience.

Throughout the Miele Haus, guests will encounter the Generation 7000 line of built-in cooking appliances – from convection and combi-steam ovens, to coffee machines and vacuum sealing drawers. Its four design lines complement all interior design and kitchen style. The appliances also provide smart assists to help users attain culinary excellence, such as an in-oven camera and a function that prevents overcooking.

To complement these built-in appliances, Miele is introducing its newest generation of induction cooktops. The KM7000 series is equipped with the same features as the flex zone models, such as auto switch off, WiFiConn@ct, auto heat-up and the Stop&Go function. With induction and electric cooking rising in popularity in the US, Miele is thrilled to introduce more options to homeowners looking to implement this technology into their living spaces.

In addition to the cooking appliances throughout the booth, Miele will show a new line-up of PerfectCool built-in refrigeration, featuring lighting and high-quality interior design updates, updated controls, Miele@Home app connectivity through Wi-Fi, PerfectFresh Active and a clean steel back wall. The brand will also display the recently updated W1 and T1 laundry systems and MasterCool refrigeration line.

Attendees will also experience the craftsmanship and innovation behind Miele appliances during an exclusive dining experience, titled The Sustainable Table. Chef Paul Virant, a Chicago-based Executive Chef/Owner (Vie, Vistro Prime, Gaijin), Author and Food Preservation Expert, will prepare and serve a four-course sustainable epicurean adventure in under 45 minutes, engaging and educating on the intuitive and forward-thinking cooking technology offered by Miele. 

To further engage attendees, Miele will be joined by baking influencer Julia Estrada, of Instagram’s @BreadandBasil account. Julia will be demonstrating several recipes created utilizing the Generation 7000 M-Touch Convection Ovens and Warming Drawers. She will also be discussing her life as an influencer in the culinary space and share tips on recipe curation process, food photography and styling.

As consumer demand for innovation and apps integrate more and more into their daily lives, which Miele will highlight the company’s own Miele@Home app and KptnCook, an already-established meal assist app in Germany which is now launching into the US market. Miele@Home allows users to experience the full potential of their Miele appliances and make their everyday life even more convenient. Most Miele appliances can be networked securely via a home Wi-Fi router and the Miele Cloud so that they can be operated through the app, voice control or existing smart home solutions. Meanwhile, KptnCook helps guide consumers to live sustainably through a healthy, wholesome diet – prepared simply and conveniently. The app supports users by assisting them in preparing fresh and wholesome dishes in under 30 minutes. It guides users on the journey from customized recipe inspiration and meal plans, to building a shopping list of ingredients. Each daily meal plan offers three creative and well-balanced recipes. Short and precise cooking instructions with step-by-step photographs accompany the process.

The Miele Haus will also feature appliances from the Professional for the Home category. The Little Giants washer (PWM 908) and dryer (PDR 908 HP), both engineered for commercial use yet compact and versatile enough for your home, offer low energy consumption and gentle fabric care. Customers can experience efficiency, quality and flexibility – right in the comfort of their own home. For versatility and durability in the kitchen, the ProfiLine Dishwasher (PFD 104 SCVi XXL), will also be on display. With an intuitive user interface, smart features and 8 programs with short cycle times, customers can expect professional-level clean for their dishes and glassware.
