ActiveDoor refrigerator/freezer door cannot be controlled with Alexa

The Miele K 7000 ActiveDoor refrigeration appliance is not fully connected to Amazon Alexa. The door status of the ActiveDoor refrigeration appliance is displayed in the Alexa app, but there is no option to control it. Miele refrigeration appliances with the ActiveDoor door opening function can be opened and closed automatically via voice commands or a knocking signal.

The Miele refrigeration appliance was added in the Miele app and immediately afterward in the Alexa app. This may result in an incomplete configuration.

Delete the Miele refrigeration appliance in the Alexa app.

Deactivate the Miele skill in the Alexa app.

Open and close the door on the Miele refrigeration appliance.

Activate the Miele skill in the Alexa app. Alternatively, select the Amazon Alexa feature in the Smart Features section of the Miele app.

Add the Miele refrigeration appliance again in the Alexa app.
