Heater plate in contact with roller after power failure

After a power failure, the ironer’s heater plate is in contact with the roller.

The power supply was interrupted during the ironing process.

Please pull the emergency release upward; see Fig. 1. This releases the contact pressure.

The item can now be pulled out forward or downward depending on how it is positioned in the machine.

Please push the emergency release back down when the power is restored (indicator light in power switch lights up).

You can now continue ironing as normal.
