The standard roller brush in the MultiFloor electrobrush is not suitable for deep-pile and/or thick carpets. Affects Duoflex HX1 up to serial number 183402033.
You can replace the standard roller brush in the electrobrush with a roller brush that is suitable for deep-pile and/or thick carpets.
Duoflex HX1: HX-CCT 20 roller brush (mat. no. 12 570 520)
The HX-CCT 20 roller brush can be obtained from Miele Service.
Replacing the Duoflex HX1 roller brush
Insert a HX-CCT 20 roller brush instead of the roller brush installed as standard.
Turn the arrow on the handle on the side of the electrobrush to the symbol.
The roller brush is released.
Remove the roller brush that has been installed as standard.
Push the HX-CCT 20 roller brush as far as it will go into the electrobrush until it is in position.
Lock the roller brush.
