Vapor extraction fan power level 3 not running (KMDA 7633, KMDA 7634, KMDA 7774, KMDA 7774-1)

The selected fan power level is displayed from cooktop level 3 upwards with vapor extraction. The motor unit of the vapor extraction is not running (KMDA 7633, KMDA 7634, KMDA 7774, KMDA 7774-1).

The window contact switch is faulty or its battery is dead.

Change the window contact switch battery.

If changing the battery does not resolve the problem, contact an electrical installation company.

There is a fault on the motor unit fan.

This is a technical fault that you cannot remedy yourself.
