Benefits of your own laundry facility
Would you like to clean protective clothing and breathing masks quickly and efficiently?
The Miele solution facilitates the economical reprocessing of protective clothing directly on site.

– In just 2.5 hours, you can reprocess up to 5 complete protective suits.
– You are not dependent on the business hours of a launderette.
– Special programs that are tailored to protective gear ensure a long service life.
Professional drying and activation
In addition to an optimum, gentle, and safe drying process for the final drying of protective clothing, Miele Tumble Dryers offer the required process parameters for “activating” the proofing agent. Aside from the application technology, the new dryer series also displays absolute strengths when it comes to economy: when drying with the principle of longitudinal air flow, 60% of the extracted air is returned to the drying cycle (air recycling). The electronic controls facilitate precise adjustment to all types of laundry in order to achieve quick drying and proper care of all fibers. A corresponding program must be selected for drying protective clothing. Depending on the clothing structure, the inside (for systems that cannot be separated) is dried first to a specified residual moisture level. Subsequently, clothing is turned inside out and the outside is dried. The proofing agent is activated in the same work step.
Washing breathing apparatus in a machine
The PG 8063 Safety Washer allows breathing masks and air regulators to be gently but thoroughly cleaned on 2 levels. The water is replaced after each stage of a program cycle. This ensures the reliable removal of soiling and effectively reduces the risk of cross-contamination (manual pre-cleaning may also be required depending on the type of soiling). The 3 wash programs are perfectly tailored to the wash items and the baskets allow all materials and dismantled components to be positioned easily and securely.
The additional connection for DI water enables a residue-free final rinse phase to be completed.
Reprocessing anaesthetic instruments
The machine-based washing and disinfection of anaesthetic material offers maximum safety by standardizing reprocessing, reducing the effort involved, and protecting materials. The PG 8592 Washer-disinfector with integrated fan-assisted drying and an installation width of 24" is available for such tasks. The matching A 201 Load Carrier is specially designed to hold anaesthetic material and provides space for 8 breathing tubes up to 60" in length, which are stored on a spiral rack. In addition, the mobile unit is equipped with 6 nozzles for breathing bags as well as 15 nozzles for intubation tubes. Small items can also be cleaned in a mesh tray. When combined with a special anaesthetic program, the PG 8592 offers the ideal solution for cleaning, disinfecting, and drying your anaesthetic sets.
