NetBox.2
The NetBox.2 is a complete documentation system including pre-configured software. The system is connected to the washer-disinfector via an interface. NetBox.2 collects all relevant data of the selected washer-disinfector program. During normal operation, documentation is fully automatic without user intervention. This ensures maximum operating safety because NetBox.2 is protected against user mistakes as far as possible. The process data remains in the memory for the time being; a total of 10,000 batches can be kept in interim storage. Afterwards the data can be archived in the network or on a data storage device. When set up on a network, operation and control are possible via a PC. To go along with the new documentation system, an optional flat-screen monitor is offered for optimum visualization of temperature and time graphs as well as wash logs. Likewise, a barcode scanner or RFID scanner is offered for quick and safe identification of the batch loads. In addition, the user can release or block contents of a batch (after the process has finished).
As an option, the process documentation system is also available as a pure software solution for installation on a Windows PC.
