Explore a variety of fish and shellfish recipes during this one-hour virtual class. Our Miele instructors will share their knowledge of cooking with Steam Cooking and Combination Mode. Our San Francisco Experience Center will be teaching a Seafood by the Bay class that will include a discussion on wine pairings. All other class menus and appliances used will vary by location and what fish is available to purchase.
