Sourdough Bread Baking
Join us for a hands-on demonstration focusing on the art and tradition of San Francisco Sourdough Bread Baking. Create the ideal crust and crumb while you learn about sourdough starter, the perfect proof, and more! Each attendee will receive a portion of San Francisco Sourdough Starter with feeding and use instructions, along with a bread scoring blade (King Arthur Lame) to score the perfect boule at home.
