The Perfect Turkey

Celebrating your first Miele Thanksgiving? Thanksgiving is deliciously easy when your Miele Oven does all the work. We'll share step-by-step instructions for using your oven's Roast Probe and AutoRoast function to achieve the perfect turkey. Get all your turkey questions answered and leave with a complete how-to guide. Menu includes Herb-Roasted Turkey with Gravy, Mushroom Chestnut Stuffing and Savory Cranberry Compote. Class is geared for Generation 6000 Miele range, oven and Combi-Steam oven owners.

Rose's Baking Basics Demonstration and Book Signing

Meet best-selling author and trusted baking expert, Rose Levy Beranbaum as she guides us through her newest cookbook, Rose's Baking Basics. Described as "the most meticulous cook who ever lived", Rose will demonstrate her perfect-for-fall Apple Walnut Bundt Cake with Caramel Sauce while answering your baking questions. Enjoy bubbly and sweet bites from the book at 5:30 pm. Demonstration begins at 6 pm and book signing follows. Ticket price includes admission and a copy of Rose's Baking Basics.

Gifts from the Kitchen Workshop with Marisa McClellan

Join local author and blogger Marisa McClellan on for a hands-on workshop devoted to edible, homemade, holiday gifts. Having taught canning and preserving for nearly a decade, Marisa loves to share her knowledge and experience with new and experienced cooks alike. Work alongside her to learn the secrets for preparing both sweet and savory preserves, sauces and treats that are perfect for hostess gifts, tucking into stockings, or using at your own holiday table. Share your creations with friends and family by taking home samples and recipes to recreate your favorites
