Are you a bread baker looking to elevate your loaves and explore sourdough? Are you curious about the necessity for combining steam and heat in creating an ideal crust and crumb? Soups, Stews and Chili class with hands-on participation. Guests will have an opportunity to enjoy hands-on cooking time with Culinary Events Manager, Mary A. Moulds. As recipes are prepared for a final tasting, ingredients, techniques and flavors will be discussed. We will use a variety of Miele appliances and programs in this class.
